I teamed up with Synergy Sports Nutrition to put together a supplement stack for any individual who is looking to make the most of their time spent in the gym.
As a personal trainer, I wanted to create a stack that could assist my clients(and regular gym goers) to achieve a variety of goals. My stack consists of three supplements:
