Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes
1 scoop Synergy cinnamon swirl 100% whey protein,
1/2 cup oats(dry measurement),
1/2 cup egg whites,
1-2 packets stevia,

Directions:
1. Grind up oats in a blender until you get a flour like consistency.
2. Add protein and eggs and blend well. Let stand 5 min to thicken.
3. Pour onto non-stick skillet over low-medium heat for 2 min or until golden brown, flip, cook another min or until golden brown.
4. Serve with sugar free pancake syrup! Optional topping ideas: peanut butter, fresh fruit, extra cinnamon, vanilla protein glaze*

*Additional recipe* Vanilla Protein Glaze:
1 heaping Tbsp vanilla whey protein,
1 Tbsp almond milk,
1/4 tsp vanilla extract,
1-2 stevia packets
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and drizzle over pancakes.
