Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bread

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry oats
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 TBSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TBSP Cinnamon
  • 4 packets Stevia
  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 TBSP Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until smooth and resemble cake batter. Pour into an 8×8 greased pan. Bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: Calories 210, Fat 3g, Carbs 26g, Protein 23g, Sugar 4g.
